On draught at The Moose's Tooth, appearence is burnt gold with a creamy white head.
Smell is eathy, herbal hops, a little minty, and bright. Some fruity esters, a little banana.
Taste is punchy continental hops and spicy Belgian esters. Very west coast style in regards to the hop intensity, but the herbal profile provides a nice foil to the yeast.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, dry, and a little chewy yet quffable.
Drinkability is very good, this is o e of the best Belgian IPAs by my pallate. Clearly Belgian flavors cranked up to bracing west coast hop juice standards while maintaining digestibility. Win!
