A - Pours a light gold body, small head retention, unfiltered.
S - This is a beer that punches you in the nose. Very sweet floral, jasmin flowery, strawberries, cherries, cuties oranges, fruity pebbles, smells awesomely sweet.
T- Very much like the noise, it reminds me of fruit loop milk, mild green tea finish.
M- Light bubblegum feel, silky, medium carbonation, the aromas come up through the nose with each drink, it's incredibly inviting.
O: I love how every aspect of this beer is the definition of craft. It's best served at 50+ degrees, it's unfiltered, it's a cherry-blossom-white-wheat-green-tea ale, It's complex enough for the craftiest of drinkers to enjoy, yet simplistic enough for the casual drinkers to appreciate. This beer is 1-of-a-kind.
