unique and delicious hazy ipa done for their anniversary, couple of cool features in this excellent beer. one is its low abv and high refinement, so many of these are trending stronger and stronger, and with more and more starch, so they get less and less drinkable as a consequence, but this is cool because its clean in feel, no juice or vermont yeast or whatever the trend chasers are using, and if there is, its fermented cool enough for them to not make this heavy, and the low abv and finishing dryness make this almost refreshing, great build here, light for being multigrain. the other thing thats cool is the hops, they use callista, not a real common one, so it smells and taste unique, i get tangerine, melon, nectarine, and lemongrass from it, really fresh and flavorful, even while being somewhat mild, and there is very little bitterness to it, certainly no greenness or hop burn. it warms up real well, stays light, the ferment is clean, and overall the quality of this is superb. up there with my favorites we had in here, their hoppy beers, especially the hazy ones, were on point. i reckon these guys and this place are somewhat underrated, flying under the radar a bit for beer this good. really glad i got to drink this.
