collaboration with the good society, who i know nothing about. nice beer through, cashmere, idaho 7, and triumph hops in a very pale, wheaty, and even delicate hazy ipa, high quality to be sure, and another killer hoppy beer from these guys, clearly its what they do best. this one is yellow colored, lighter than all the rest we tried in here, frothy headed and with web lacing as it drinks, looks summery and vibrant. real interesting hop profile here, which i have said about some of their others, but they seem to have knack for cool hop combinations, so few of which appear reliant on citra or mosaic, so they are already setting themselves apart there. sweet tangerine and clementine, honeysuckle, elderflower liqueur, even a light hint of cilantro, this is herbal and different, but also a bit tropical, both in aroma and flavor, nice! the grain is dry and earthy, minimal in flavor but fluffy in feel, perhaps a little raw, and there is nothing here from the yeast at all. some oily linger to this, low bitterness, high juice factor, but also nicely nuanced and beautifully carbonated. delicious beer, great hop profile, could have had several of these if they didnt have so many other cool ones to try. this multiplayer guild collab thing seems cool, a much larger project with a bunch of breweries involved, neat.
