Hazy orange color with an aired head with short retention.
Nice aroma with predominant notes of passion fruit and oranges.
Flavor with notes of passion fruit juice, mild green resin, lemon drops, spices, oranges, maybe oat and lemongrass. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light towards medium body with somewhat effervescent carbonation. It is hard to believe this is 6.8% abv.
Citrusy NEIPA with predominant notes from additions to the recipe: oranges, passion fruit and lemongrass. This brew still needs some tune up. Maybe the juice was overdone. I'd rather to have the tropical notes to come from hops rather than citrus like juices that ate prone to get oxidized.
