330 ml bottle from Bottles of Beer in Thailand. Sandport is a gypsy brewer which brews its beers at the Redpoint Brewery in Taiwan. Pours a hazy golden tone with a thin white head of froth with moderate retention and some lacing on the glass. Aroma is a hop forward mix of florals and pine, as well as citrus fruit, although none of the fruit or floral notes are individual distinctive. Taste is similar to the aromas, light sweetness, mixed with medium bitterness, along with the floral and fruity notes. The bitterness surfaces more prominently in the medium finish to balance off the IPA flavours. This brew is moderately carbonated, and is a refreshing drink.

330ml bottle poured into a teku glass.
Hazy bright amber gold in color, the pour quickly forms up very thick fluffy white head that withstands with great retention. It doesn’t go anywhere until the last sip by just slowly sinking to everlasting foamy crown, plenty of sticky lacing patch and spot appeared here and there, such a very good looking.
The aromas of juicy grapefruit, tropical fruit, significant resin, grass, and spice, all of these are derived from its generous dose of hop without doubt. Malt is there too in the support with a touch of sweet caramel. Spiciness turns to be much bolder when the beer warmed.
Well hopped, the hop solidly exhibits through the taste buds with notes of grapefruit and tropical fruit as a main player. Malt as a caramel character harmoniously reveals in the undertone to bring some balance and to let hop accelerated with its resin, grass, and spice yet persistent bitterness. The bitterness is rather clean and long-lasting in the aftertaste together with some residual orange spice.
The body is slick and somewhat light with semi-smooth mouthfeel and lively crisp carbonation through the palate. The feeling is refreshing with a dry finish that will not be much tolerated for the next instant sip.
This IPA is really nice with good hoppy profile to bang everything on its way. And yes, I, of course, want to get bang again.
