Poured from 500mL bottle into a dimpled mug. This is a newer version of Euphoric that clocks in at 7.1% ABV.
Appearance: rich, attractive golden hue with a shimmery haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: a lightish aroma with an earthy, funky Brettiness. There's a bit of caramel character here, too, which reads as candylike with the dash of sourness. Maybe not very IPA-like, but nice!
Taste: sweet and tart up front, with a very dry, astringent finish, which lets the tart character through even more. This is definitely a bracing beer! I like the flavor, although it's really hard to tell how much of a role the hops play here, with the funk and tartness and everything. Still: good!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a good beer! Brewed with an IPA profile though it may be, this beer's selling point is in the funk and not the hops. It's tasty, though!

Pours a hazy, murky orange color with a full, pillowy, and lasting white head. Bubbles cloy for a long, long time the the side of the glass.
There is a lot going on with the aroma for this beer. Funky essences of pineapple and grass paired well with citrus, clove, and tropical fruitiness. Quite a different, and pleasant, smell.
The taste is a great mix of fruit, sweetness, hop, and a bit of spice. Almost like a very fruity and juicy flavor mixed with a powerful and full hop bitterness. Malt backbone also stands up well here, for a great mix of malt, funk, and hops.
Medium to high carbonation with a medium body describes the feel of this one on the palate.
On the whole this is a fascinating beer. The funky brett aspects are paired well with citrusy hops and a hint of peppery spices. Just enough malt backbone to provide the necessary balance considering all of its other elements. This is a relatively complex and good change-of-pace beer. Very nice.

An impressive beer. Bottle from Whole Foods.
A mildly hazy orange with a large, off-white head, this looks solid. The nose is great. Bright citrus from the hops pair well with a pineapple-heavy funk from the Brett, a little funk and a little clove. Malt character is present as a blend of dough and spent grain, which pair nicely with the hops. The Brett character is a little chunky on the nose, more so on the palate, lending a little bit of a chewy texture. That said, the hop flavors do pair very nicely with the Brett, with the hop flavor and bitterness livened by the pineapple funk. Carbonation is high, lending to a mildly scrubbing finish. Medium-light in body, this beer has a mildly bitter finish with a blend of mandarins and pineapple funk. Quite excellent.

Obviously I didn't age this bottle long enough as it's only two weeks old, and the description on the bottle says the brett funkiness will develop over time. Oh well I have a hazy juicy hop bomb with hoppy freshness squeezed right into my citrus fruit punch. Very excellent. When poured along with yeast resemble a hefe.

Holy goodness, what a nose. Absolutely stunning stuff, like orange zested vanilla cake. Like truly incredible, constant sniffing from the bottle, mourned once it was gone levels of awesomeness. Never seen a Brett + hop combo do something like that. Palate is a little more straightforward IPA, lightly Bretty, just a touch of earthiness, and a little more of that vanilla/citrus thing. The palate is quite good, but it was going to be nigh impossible to reach the stratospheric heights of the nose. Tremendous stuff, incredibly unique, just a huge tip of the cap to these guys.
