Can from ABV.
A clear light yellow with a dense, white head with great retention and lacing this looks great. The nose is quite excellent. Soft, grainy, delicate lemon, earth and a touch of wood. Light honey, lightly toasted grain, this has great balance. The palate opens mildly sweet with a soft but firm bitterness, lemon, earth, fresh cut grass and melon. This is followed by a great grainy malt flavor. The soft honey, fresh bread and light but delicate dough lend a lot of depth to the palate. Light, drying and mildly bitter on the finish, this is excellent.

When I had this in the spring of 2017 it was simply called Culmination Pilsner.
This pours a pale crystalline gold. There's a rounded mouthfeel to this, with a softened crispness. Light hopping and an easy finish.
