Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours bright pale yellow and is turbid. It looks like a banana smoothie. It is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves nice lacing.
The smell is dank, grassy, and slightly medicinal. There is some underlying melon and tropical fruit. Throw in some light pine, too.
The taste is citrus. I get hints of medicinal. There is pine in the finish that grows as I consume.
Medium bodied with a slightly chalky yet otherwise creamy mouthfeel
This is more on the bitter end of the hazy spectrum. I like it. It is going down quite easily.
