16oz canned 9-19-22, opened 10-30-22. Bottom of the can notes Amarillo hops.
2 finger white head with very good staying power. Yellow-gold bright body with good clarity. Plenty of sticky lacing. Sweet orange and lemon in the nose with some pine backing. Some of the same sweet orange in the flavor with a hint of pineapple and pine...faint gritty malt in the background. Light body, medium carbonation...nice balance of sweetness and hop punch in a mostly dry finish. Very Good.

*2022 Version using Fresh Centennial hops
Look: Nearly clear golden in color with a frothy head that swells and slowly recedes to a pillow, leaving great lacing clung to the glass
Aroma: Limes, freshly cut grass, watermelon rind, rose petals, gardenia flowers, some lemon, and bready malt
Taste: Kicks off with a tongue-tingling mix of grass, flowers, and sharp citrus notes that all scream fresh hops and as the initial hit subsides, notes of watermelon enter, specifically the white part of the flesh and the outer rind. Malt struggles to maintain balance and closes with a grassy bite
Mouthfeel: Full, lightly slick, medium-high carbonation, and a lightly dry finish
Overall: This is some tasty stuff. Having recently re-found this beer (non-FH) and forgot how impressive it is, I had to try the fresh-hopped version and it’s also quite awesome. Lovely grassy, floral, lemon-lime, and rose notes are present throughout and it’s very enjoyable to imbibe. Recommended
