Frothy, medium bubbled, light tan head. Very dark brown, with a tiny amount of auburn, seen through the glass. Moderate amount of dark toasted malt, and a tiny spiced wood note, for the aroma. Combination of a touch woody, dark roasted malt, with a bite of grapefruit peel, for the taste.
