Sometimes there's beer; And I'm talking about a Scotch Ale here. But sometimes theres a beer that brings you back to your days in the brewery, nails all the characteristics that you would look for in the style, and inspires you to run home and do your damnest to replicate it. One of the finest examples of the style I have ever had, this one is a home run. Nice roast, perfect lacing, noble hops, taste is spectacular.
