12 oz. can from a six pack. Purchased from Roth's West Salem Market.
$11.49
Lovely pour into imperial pint mug. Lush golden coloured body, with a large/frothy/creamy/rocky white head.
Aroma of artisan breads, fresh baked, a slight whiff of noble hops and again more malts this time light caramel. Quite delightful really.
Taste is very deep bready maltiness., also getting light toffee and caramel, some floral hops, then maybe a bit of honeysuckle. Lovely stuff.
Mouth feel is well carbonated but not boring. Rolls across the tongue but leaves pleasure.
An excellent bock beer.

Look: Medium orange and cloudy with a billowing off-white head that retains well, slowly receding and leaving awesome lacing behind
Aroma: I could smell it on the pour. Raw bread dough, freshly baked bread, floral hops, wafts of sourdough, and lightly toasted bread
Taste: Opens up with freshly baked and lightly toasted bread that bring a lot of depth and quickly followed by waves of floral hops. True jasmine, honeysuckle, and tea olive in the mix and dough mixes in as well before all things bread return to close it out
Mouthfeel: Full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and clean and crisp on the finish
Overall: This is delicious stuff. I’m a huge fan of what these folks do and so when I spotted their take on one of my favorite styles, I had to grab a sixer and it was well worth it. A lovely Helles Bock with a ton of bready malt depth and plenty of floral hop presence that leaves no doubt of the style. Tasty and recommended
