Freshly peeled and diced ginger added to each batch makes this beer a one-of-a-kind. The ginger taste is noticeable on the nose and in the light and clean finish but doesn’t overwhelm. This ginger can be found frequently at ministerial estates of a prime nature.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From Gastropub on Erie Street East in nearby downtown Windsor. My first beer from the Ottawa, Ontario brewery.

Pours a dark shade of gold in colour, small head. Ginger and other spices on the smell. It tastes somewhat like ginger beer (the soda) without the tartness. I would call this beer with ginger rather than ginger beer. One is enough at a time
