Pours a hazy, gold color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of apples, cinnamon, pale malt, sweet malt, hops, and alcohol. Fits the style of an American IPA. Mouth feel is sharp and creamy, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of apples, cinnamon, pale malt, sweet malt, citrus hops, and alcohol. Overall, for an IPA the hop characteristics were muted, but good appearance, the apple/cinnamon aroma and flavors were quite tasty.
