Superb - interplay is one where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Less complex but more easily likeable than the Yakima Sour. Considering, too, their accessible Woodruff Berliner, this brewery is one to watch. 4.5

Starts with full on Citra, mellows to toffee then lip smackingly sour. Doesn't get much better than this.
