330ml waxed and capped bottle served in a tulip. Pours a dull, orange-gold with a slight haze to the clarity and a head that immediately disperses into a sudsy band around the edges. Aromas of tart stone fruit upfront, followed by some bready/yeasty undertones. Taste consistent with nose - citric acid is quite evident. Mouthfeel is light in body with an even, consistent carbonation and a tartness approaching, but not quite at puckering. Overall, quite enjoyable; however, not as clean as a traditional Berliner. Close to an American Wild.
