On tap, sour fruits version (cassis et griottes)
Hazy red berries smoothie look, small white head
You get a nice fruit jam explosion on the nose, lactic acid, citric acid. Very fruity!
Taste is exactly like the nose expected, an awesome tart fruity drink, tart cherries blended with lactobacillus.
Smooth texture, far from being watery even for his 3% abv
Sublime Berliner Weisse, one of the best I've tasted this summer, Harricana are killing it once again!
