Bottle: Poured a pale reddish/pink color ale with a large off-white foamy head with limited retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of tart notes with light vinous notes with some funky barnyard notes also noticeable. Taste is a mix of tart notes with some vinous notes, oak and some barnyard funky notes with a medium acidic finish. Body si about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but acidic notes do become overwhelming and dominate the flavours.
