Bottle: Poured a light yellow color gose with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with light salty notes. Taste is a mix of tart notes with light salty notes with light lactic acid notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable gose with nice level of depth and complexity.
