Medium: Capped + tulip glass. (aged 6 months)
Opacity: Bright.
Color: Golden.
Head: Slightly foamy 1 finger.
Legs: Poor overall.
Smell: Sour candies/Wild yeast/Floral.
Taste: Stone fruits/Lemon/Oak.
Feel: Tart/Wood/Yeasty/Resinous.
Body: Medium slick but oily, while slightly thin.
Carbonation: Thin but very sharp.
Overall: Low ABV yet quite a warming yeast sensation! High quality Wild ale, but overly sour for my taste being, rarely for the style, heavily tongue coating.
Visual 5.5/10 - Flavors 7.5/10 - Sensations 8/10 - Balance 8/10 -
Freshness 3/10 - Intensity 8/10 - Complexity 8/10 - Appreciation 7.5/10
