Dark brown color with no light passing through the edge. Modest but lasting beige head. Multiple spots for lace.
There's an interesting smell behind the semisweet chocolate--it's slightly sweet with a touch of mint. Maybe vegetal, maybe caramel, I can't put my finger on it.
Smooth mouthfeel with the lower carbonation level. The flavor mimics the smell with the unidentified taste. Here, I get a stronger sense of menthol on the tongue. The cocoa flavors are also stronger than expected. I detect some alcohol warmth.
