Amber color with a huge thick mushroom beige head with great retention and leaving laces.
Herbal aroma with notes of yeast, cloves, cinnamon, mint and pine.
Bitter herbaceous flavor with notes of toffee, pine, some charred wood, mild peat, lots of yeast and grass. Dry aftertaste with a long bitterness.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
This brew was positively hoppy, though it had an Argentinean hop profile which in my opinion is not really pleasant. It somewhat felt like a Belgian IPA, another style that I believe is hard to produce a harmonious combination.
