Golden yellow color with a thick head with great retention.
Aroma with notes of banana and sour cream.
Flavor with notes of yeast, green apples, something funky, herbal hops and lemon. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness and light acid sensation.
Light body with appropriate carbonation
Refreshing Kolsch, quite lemony and well attenuated. It felt some bug made it slightly sour (especially in the aroma).
