Medium brown color, medium head. A full-bodied Belgian Abby Double. Very malty, some hoppyness. Nice malt sweetness, nearly fruity. Mouthfeel is full and expansive. Finish is smooth and clean. Aftertaste is malty, with a very slight alcohol bite, not very noticeable despite being a 9.5%. VERY nice beer. Very comparable to the best Belgian ales.
