Medium gold color, medium head, very fruity aroma. Very malty, intensely fruity yet there is definite hoppyness to this beer. Very smooth flavor. Mouthfeel is round and full, expansive. Finish is smooth and mellow. Aftertaste is banana like, slightly sweet. Very little alcohol bite for a 10% beer. Label quotes "A Belgian style ale combing the best of a white (wit) ale and a triple. Then cranked up a notch";. Very nice beer. Should be sipped, slowly. The world need more of this beer, or at least I do!
