Poured from 330mL can into a wine glass. Best by 5/26/23. The can calls this a "passionfruit sour ale" - not sure whether it's really a "saison" as entered here.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a moderate haze a two fingers of frothy, fizzy ivory foam. The head doesn't stick around super long, but it's very fizzy!
Smell: fruity, tart, tangy, enticing; it's pretty much just what I expect from a passionfruit sour.
Taste: a little sweet, a little ... minty? I guess? ... and definitely passionfruit-y. A very interesting beer -- and I like it.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a big carbonation and decent creaminess.
Overall: a very refreshing treat -- just the right balance of sour and sweet to keep me coming back for more.

On tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma has fresh passion fruit with citrusy hops. Taste is tart and fruity with a clean background sweetness. Medium body and carbonation. It's not very complex but it delivers on the fruit part.

Monyo - a fantastic brewery (or at least, "very good") and the beers they brew are also all ok, or at least this ishow I feel about them. I cose their sour because I love sours. This is a saison so there is a hint of Belgian yeast but really not so much at all, great that it doesn't overwhelm the whole taste. But as it is a Maracuja sour, the passion fruit is right there in the aroma and somewhat in the flavor too. It is altogether quite like a juice or a soda, in a good way. It adds an interesting, fruity overtone to the normally quite harsh sour which is good. An easy-to-drink, easy-to-enjoy sour beer.
