Little foam, with light colour, a little cirtus feel. First impression was, a grainy-grassy taste. Overall a nice drinking beer. Soft carbonation. A recommended try.

Not a bad try at a kölsch by Monyó! Smells typically kölsch-y with those apples there somewhere - in this case it even reminds me of quinces. Taste is likewise, quite cider-y, quince compot-y, though feels a bit too light at one point - but reproduces the impression of a kölsch quite well. What I lack perhaps compared with a German Kölsch is the roughness of the grains, still the easy-to-drink feeling is there and as such, it is quite okay.
