This continuously hopped IPA is a collab between Monyo and Uradalmi Sörmanufaktúra and is made with Hungarian Bácskai hops. Never known this hop variety but for sure it is close to the legendary Czech Saaz hops. Its hop intensity is subtle but the flavor is quite similar to a Czech overdose, as if an IPA was made of a Saaz clone.
For any Saaz/Czech Pilsener fan it is a must!
