Thanks to GRG1313 for sharing this one at hopodyssey's tasting.
Pours a murky whitish-orange with a foamy off-white head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is slightly sour with grain, coriander, lime juice, lime zest, and salt aromas. Taste is much the same with sour grain, lime, coriander, and salt flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is tasty, light, and easy to drink.
Serving type: bottle.
