I've just had better idk, the feel isn't the best, the flavor is good I could go for more flavor in general it doesn't have to be more tart but maybe a smidge. Idk, the various margarita goses I've had have been above this but definitely not a bad brew.

I enjoyed this lime gose, which was neither too salty or too tart. Maybe like a nice beer margarita? This beer looks to have been brewed again after being retired, since earlier ratings are from at least three years ago. I had it again at a beer festival recently and I'm guessing they didn't stash a keg for three years just for the occasion. If that's the case, then this is a nice addition to their lineup, especially in the summer.

a lime gose, better than other sours i have had from these guys, but lately it seems like ratio is getting just about everything pretty well dialed in. it took them some time to be sure, but the beers have all been tasting awesome the last year or so, at least in my experience. the limes in here are really intense, which can honestly only work if they are the genuine article, and they certainly are here, as natural as it gets, bitter and green and both fleshy and zesty, sharp in the nose but also mouthwatering, and in the flavor seemingly more acidic than the lacto sourness in here, which isnt much past moderate. i like it having a little fuller wheaty body, even though i cant taste much of the grain through the lime. the souring is clean, so is the ferment, and there is a wonderful candied sort of thing going on, a zippy freshness, makes me want a gin based cocktail, botanical seemingly beyond the lime, the salt adds a lot too, even though it isnt outwardly salty in any real way. i couldnt drink a ton of this because the lime becomes a lot, especially at temperature, but overall they have done a pretty great job with this. a little more refinement and its magic. i think some mature brett in here would be epic too, maybe next summer...
