i believe undone is a series of pale ale and ipa types these guys make, it was listed as undone volume 4 when i had it on tap at park burger yesterday afternoon. maybe it just evolves batch to batch, i dont know, i have never seen it before this one. either way, its delicious, one of the better hoppy beers i have had from these guys, and with a very unique hop profile, highly drinkable though too, and just better than most of their other stuff in this realm. they use jarrylo hops from what i understand, which come across as quite unique here, also some mosaic or something too, i get canned pineapple, tangerine, and like a melon profile, a little sweet and oily in the middle, but clean in the finish. its a very complete and balanced beer, with a decent bit of body from the grain, a honey color and richness to it, as well as a light bready character that really holds up the hops. a fresh greenness to the hops is nice, a slickness of feel too, and finally a big citrusy finish without any more bitterness than is needed. this is all day beer for me, flavorful enough to keep my attention and not get boring, but light enough to pound on. nice with a burger, but probably good with just about anything. well done!
