Light chill haze with a pale yellow hue; dense, lively streaming carbonation; thick head, white and long-lasting, semi-creamy texture on top. Beautiful bouquet of biscuit with fragrant floral undertones. Delicate flavors; light berry with a touch of white grape; well-balanced hop bitterness, moderate presence overall. Light bodied; crisp with a lingering dry finish.
One of the owners of Weber Street Liquor is a fan of Ratio's 'King of Carrot Flowers', so I tried that one and enjoyed it plus their märzen. I figured it was time to try a good warm weather beer. This is it. Deceptively delicate yet complex across the board, this may be my new go-to pilsner year-round.

This is a Czech-style pilsner, not a German one, according to the can. It's pretty good, nothing too noteworthy but a solid beer. There's a touch of bitterness and dryness but not overwhelming, so it's balanced well. Good on a hot summer day.
