L- Huge 3F off white soft foam head with a gold 60% transparent colored beer. Light lace as the head deflates.
N-Banana, coriander, allspice, and orange notes with a yeasty backdrop. A little hint of white bread.
T-Good balance of spice without too much of a bubblegum or clove note makes it more likeable for me. A nice hint of melon gives the light wheat note some fruity freshness. Quite enjoyable
M- Medium body with very fine carbonation and smooth on the palate. No bitterness or dryness on the finish.
O- Quite tasty and the balance of spice leans in my favor. Perhaps a bit stronger wheat backbone would be interesting, but like it overall. Will buy again
