Visited while on vacation in the area. Pleasant staff, million dollar view of the valley and Camden Hills. Food was good, but quite overpriced. Pulled pork sandwich was tasty, nicely prepared but more like chopped than pulled, house made chips were good. Wife had a crispy chicken sandwich that she enjoyed. Four beer flight...ummm... not so great. A blackberry stout that had little blackberry and very watery feel that seemed the theme of the day here. Raspberry cream ale tasted very good, cream ale not so much, watery. Chupacabra IPA...fruity, cloudy, but well below the norm for a NEIPA, watery, and light years off the mark if it is as claimed a Belgian IPA. Summer lager...actually pretty pleasant, but again watery. If this were simply a tasting room, would score it much lower. The food (although challenging the value proposition), the outdoor vibe with great view, and excellent service are the reasons for the more gracious scores. The beer needs significant tuning and focus - going to be a tough go for a seasonal operation. Will likely survive for reasons other than beer for a while. Food needs to be added to the scores...
