A rich milk stout featuring beans from Sumatra Wahahana, an Indonesian farm. Wahahana produces naturally processed coffee, meaning the beans are left out in the sun with the husks still on, allowing them to ferment for a brief period of time. The result is a unique bean with flavors of bourbon and strawberry.

On tap at Vermont Tap House, Williston, VT. They poured this into a snifter, hmmm...yeah well, here’s the rest. The appearance was a dark brown to black color with a foamy slim white to off white filmy foaminess roaming all around. Lacing speckled and eventually spider webbed appropriately. The smell started off with some sweet to roasty coffee bean - somewhat like espresso sweetness. Some lactic qualities, and light vanilla, maybe some sugar round it out as it warms. The taste was mainly sweet with the previously mentioned flavors coming about. Light bodied with a nice sessionability about it. Moves really nicely on the my tongue. Overall, sweet stout, yeah, I can see it.

Tastes like burned coffee and dry wall.

On tap at the Worthy Burger in South Royalton, VT. Very nice milk stout, coffee forward without being overwhelming. Great roasty character and easy to drink - would recommend.
