Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a rustic hazy orange color. Thin white head tapers off pretty quick. No lace. The aroma had some citrus, resin and floral hops up front. Decent malt level. The flavor tries to balance the hops to the malts but brings forth the malts somewhat in a soapy sort of way. Crisp balanced citrus/piney aftertaste and finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation. Pretty good EIPA bitterness. Overall, pretty good English styled IPA that I could have again.
