A crushable unfiltered West Coast IPA with just a touch of malted oats in the mash for body. Mosaic and Belma hops create impressions of fresh strawberry, late harvest peach, and guava skin tang.

Served on tap in a goblet at Bartlett Hall in San Francisco.
A: Pours an almost pulpy looking, orange-yellow color with a one half inch, white head, solid retention, and rings and rings of lacing. Looks for all the world like pulpy, orange-mango juice.
S: Aromas of orange, mango, strawberry (or at least berry) , and honey.
T: Sweet with orange, mango, but not berry coming through. Bitterness not so pronounced.
M: Medium bodied with really strong effervescence. Creamy and smooth as might be expected from the oats.
O: Really a delightful "West Coast" IPA, which looks and tastes exactly like a fruity NEIPA. Does anyone have a handle on what the difference is (if any).
