Our OAT-Standing Stout recipe bumped up with extra malts and lactulose added and aged in a bourbon barrel with wood chips. This adds to a larger amount of residual dextrins and unfermented sugars that give the brew more body and a sweetness that counters the roasted character. Expect a smoother sweeter multi-flavor with chocolate coffee notes and the tannins of wood with a hint of bourbon.
