Copenhagen 6/4 2020. 33 cl capped and waxed bottle from Mikkeller Web-shop. Very black label with a lot of text and some flames in shades of grey.

Pours opaque dark brown with as small dark beige head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.

Aroma is intense with a strong sweetness and prominent presence of alcohol. Brown sugar, vanilla, cocoa, dark bitter chocolate. Dark sweet liquor.

Light carbonation. Thick, viscous, soft, smooth, fat texture.

Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a prominent chili burn. Finish is boozy and burning.

The chili suits this beer very well. Like drinking a big glass of soothing chocolate milk while getting my throat scorched.

De Labirratorium. En copa Mahou Barrica. Jugando a Spiderman y a Gylt. Es una una pena, porque el trago empieza bien, con agradables notas a vainilla, pero al final del mismo un excesivo picante hace que te de la sensacion de que está birra habría que tomársela con un vasito de agua al lado
