Had it on draft in a pint glass. It was served with almost no head or lacing, maybe it was a bit flat? Nutty and earthy smell and tast, a bit of caramel apple. A little dull.

Maybe I'm going crazy but it tastes like a sour.

Appearance: Medium burn orange color with a mildly hazy body and a thick, creamy and billowy head. Little lacing to keep track of every sip.
Smell: Lots of floral smells mixed in with some berries and citrus zest.
Taste: tart over all, but not overwhelming, honey and mild woody flavors come through.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, medium to light bodied.
Overall: Not bad overall and very pleasant to drink.

Umber Orange in color, nice white head and lace.
Faint honey nose. Sweeter taste but still not overwhelming. Sweeter taste than nose, honey, sweet corn.
Had from tall bottle in shaker pint glass at the Tavern on the Creek in Seguin, Tx.

$9 Bomber from HEB
Appearance: Hazy glass, translucent as I can see the bottom of the glass, but not through it. Holds a firm halo of white head.
Aroma: A hard rain water smell, slightly plastic, slightly milk, hard to pin. After a lot of thought, I'm going with vegetal.
Taste: Sweet base has some wheat and some spice and cola, the vegetal note I think is the pecans. It seems a bit too much shell and not really nut.
Mouthfeel: Thin body, watery texture with a oily finish.
Overall: My first taste from this brewery and I went with a pricey bomber. While I think it's neat they went with Pecan, it's a hard thing to work with. The flavor ends up being overpowering for me, going a bit tannin and bitter. It also is slightly mimicking a brewing flaw of some sort in the plastic or solvent range. The honey cream ale under it seems nice, but it's not up to the task of balancing PECAN.
Going to chalk this up to a disagreement about flavor preference and try another Seguin offering.

Pours a rich amber color. Mild hop aroma. Subtle pecan flavor, slightly more prominent honey flavor. I would have liked slightly less bitterness from the hops, but the balance is pretty good. Overall a very drinkable light ale.

22oz bomber picked up in San Antonio. Poured into a pint glass and consumed from said glass. Nice copper color on the pour with a soft white head. Honey is predominate smell and increases as it warms. Silky smooth feel with honey following on the taste. Just a bit of pecan comes thru. Disappointing though as I pour the rest of this bomber that there is a ton of sediment pouring out...makes it look like apple cide. Started off fairly strong but the sediment definitely knocked the score for me.
