Pours a cloudy gold producing a difficult to pour shaving cream foam, white moderately lasting head that leaves splotches & whisps of lace. Smells & taste of candy apple. More like a Belgian IPA than a Kolsch. Bottle was out of date & somewhat mishandled as it was flown in, stored & given to me months later as a gift. Unbelievably it is quite good but I strongly doubt that what I have before me is the brew it was meant to be. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with high carbonation, sandpaper prickly with a bite & very dry.

Cloudy pale orange with a bubbly white head. Aroma is grainy with subtle fruitiness. Flavor is similar, get a little hint of wheat. Light body, crisp dry finish.

Hazy amber in color with a foamy head. Mildly sweet but with an assertive floral-grapefruit hop flavor. Light bodied. Aftertaste is bitter and somewhat dry.
