In preparation for Hockey Day Minnesota 2018, hosted by St. Cloud, we set out on a quest to brew a beer that encompassed the spirit of hockey. A brew balanced by both tradition and adventure. To do this we traveled the world and found the best Bohemian malt and hops from the Czech Republic to craft a perfectly balanced Czech Pilsner. Whether you just hopped off the ice or sitting in to watch a game, this perfect Pilsner is easy drinking, and thoroughly satisfying for any occasion. Na zdravi!

Pours a very light, very clear golden color. White head. Nice lacing on the glass.
Nose is a bit funky. Slightly malty.
Taste. Crisp. Fairly clean.
Feel is lighter.
Not a bad beer and fairly easy drinking.
