The can states bottoms up by 12/05, that was last year. The pour on the beer produced a two finger head rocky airy head. The beer's head has excellent retention and left lacing on the glass. The color of the head is white. The beer is 40 degrees and served in a pint glass. The color of the beer is SRM 4 a pale gold with straw hues. The clarity of the beer is clear with efferevescent visible. Overall the beer appearance is exceptional.

The initial aroma of the beer is a spicy hop character. Next, I get toasted malts, oranges, tropical fruit, pine resin, and grapefruit. Lastly, I get a hint of yeast and earthy.

I get a spicy floral and herbal hops first. Next, I get toasted malt, pine resin, grapefruit, and oranges. Lastly, I get yeast and a touch of earth.

The mouthfeel of the beer is crisp and astringent.

The body of the beer is light, high carbonation, and a medium finish.

The beer is slightly past the freshness date; nonetheless, the beer is good.

Pours hazy gold. Foamy, medium Whitehead that is short-lived with light lacing.

Smells Pine, floral, citrus peel and pale malt.

Taste citrus peel, Pine, light grapefruit, pale malt, light grassy. Finishes dry with a pine linger. Lighter medium body and smooth medium carbonation.

Thanks to Victory_Sabre for this one from his side-box from NBS BIF #8. 16oz can poured into 14oz teku. Poured a lightly hazy medium honey-gold color, with over an inch of off-white head that had great retention and lacing. Even the top-off pours produced great head.

The aroma had a solid grainy malt base, and some floral and pine hop notes. Same on the tongue, just better expanded and defined. The malt base was solid and the hops provided great contrast and balance.

The body was smooth, even, and nicely medium. Drinkability was excellent, I could easily see knocking back a few of these during a cook-out or while watching the game. Overall, a very nicely done brew, would be one of my regular go-to brews were it local to me. Definitely worth your time if you see it.

Pours a clear golden color with a 1 finger white head. The retention is quite good, and there's a bit of lacing on the glass.
The nose is actually quite hoppy. Citrus aromas are top dog in the aroma.
Taste - Nice citrus flavor from thew hops. There's some pine mixed in, but the citrus seems to be on top with this beer.
Body is actually decent for such a low ABV. Not only that, but the hops linger.
Damn, I wasn't sure what I was going to get into with this beer, but I'm quite impressed, and I will be picking up a 4 pack of this beer. Today, as I am drinking this, it is a hot day, and this beer is going down quite good with the heat.
