This brew is so special we wanted to name it, “2019 New Year’s Spectacular Dick Clark Memorial Brut IPA Presented by Ryan Seacrest” but settled on Countdown – Brut IPA. Effervescent and bone dry with white grape hop aroma and flavor, it’s sure to ring in your best year yet. Low bitterness makes this an approachable, and toastable, IPA. Cheers to the new year.

Pours a fairly clear darker golden color. 1 finger white head, that has average retention. There's a bit of lacing on the glass.
The nose is crisp aroma. Not too strong. Some fruit tones almost.
Taste - Light tasting up front. Just a slight fruit flavor, that I can't describe better. On the backside it turns into a crisp slight pine hop. Nothing too strong or powerful with the flavors.
The body has a slight bubbly feel. Very light bodied.
Interesting beer, but I'm not completely sure what to make of it.
