We’ve bested Old Man Winter yet again! The temperature is rising and with it the Maple sap flows joyously. To ring in the Spring awakening, we’ve crafted a blue ribbon-worthy Dopplebock from the finest German malts, MN Wild Rice and locally sourced Maple Syrup from Wildwood Ranch in St. Joseph, MN. The perfect balance of toasty malt notes is complimented with rich, nutty aromas and the sweet smell of Maple Syrup. Are we ready for a round you ask? “You Betcha!” We might have a few.
