From a 750ml crawler. Canned on 12-03-2025. Consumed on 12-04-2025. I am surprised I haven't reviewed this yet.

This is a clear golden colred beer, almost amber. The head is a nice 2 finger off white color and frothy looking. The head retention is quite good, and there's some nice lacing on the glass.
The nose is pleasing with pine hop notes to it. This is pretty much what I'm looking for in this style.
Taste - malty flavor up front. There's a good malty biscuit flavor to start it off. The beer then goes into the hops. There's a nice pine flavor that has a nice bitterness to it.
The beer has a good body to it. There's a bit of a bubbly feeling to it. There's a bit of a sticky and clingy feeling.
I know for a fact I've had this beer before, but I'm guessing it was back in the day when this brewery wasn't making good beers. This beer is quite good and I'm really enjoying it a lot.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden auburn color with a small, off-white head of bubbly foam. It left thin rings of lace on the glass. It smelled of toasted caramel, toffee and grassy notes. Sweet caramel and toffee with citrus and a sharp bitterness.

I have liked everything I have had from this brewery, but this IPA is just not very good. Not the freshest but still within the best by date. Strange malt flavor that is sort of like a red ale, artificial flavor. Not the hoppiest but nice citrus notes. Bitterness is low to moderate.

A nice approachable IPA with a floral/citrus hop backing and a slightly butter cracker maltiness.

Aroma is fresh....bright citrus and floral notes.

Taste brings in citrus (lemons) and the floral notes as well. Cracker like malt with a buttery impression.

Medium bodied...good carbonation.

Solid beer and something a bit unique. I could do without the light buttery notes but the rest is good.
