A: The beer is relatively clear light yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Faint aromas of cracker malts and yeast are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the yeast flavors are a little stronger and stand out in front of those of the cracker malts. There is a light amount of bitterness, which lingers into the finish.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate with a faint amount of chewiness and a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer isn't nearly as malty compared to most other beers in the style but isn't such a bad representation of the style.
