Can poured into pint glass
One finger foamy white foam cap settles into bubble islands and lacings. Hazy amber liquid
Fragrant wheat aroma with whiffs of lemon and citrus
Wheat taste upfront, citrus hops
Low sudsing , hops linger a bit, but with no bite

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell has lots of lemon zest, some wheat. Taste is lemons, a surprising amount of hops for the style, light wheat. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a refreshing and enjoyable beer.

I have tried to find wheats with a balanced hop flavor. They are rare. Some you find are pathetic.
But this one from Idyll Hounds is very good. They have enough body in the beer to add extra hops and
give it a taste very like an APA but it works because it is balanced. It reminds me of Southern Tier HopSun which is excellent. This beer from the Florida panhandle is an excellent craft beer.
They figured out how to make it balanced and it works!!
But try it fresh because the cans I have been getting are 3 months old and the taste is not as good as fresh.
