Date: No canned on date, consumed 06/19/19.
Appearance: Pours out a milky, almost turbid yellow color and produces two fingers worth of sudsy of white head. "Turbid may sound off putting, but it looks decent in the glass.
Aroma: Big juicy citrus sweetness, heavy doses of pineapple, papaya, and a little mango. There is some peach further back and everything rests on a foundation of flaked oats.
Taste: The taste is different than expected, as the beer comes off very green. There is some green hops bite and the fruity qualities veer more toward unripe rather than ultra juicy. Also, there is a good deal more bitterness here than is the norm for this style. As it warms, a little berry flavor comes out along with faint caramel bread flavor. The mouthfeel is medium full, but not as heavy as some. Its a decent beer, too much oating for me to drink regularly, but not bad overall.
